Common Shoulder Injuries

The Shoulder Joint

The shoulder is a ball-and-socket joint that flexes every time you move your arm. It has the greatest range of motion of any joint in the body. And because of its unique mobility, it is highly prone to injuries. Shoulder problems develop from everyday wear and tear, overuse at work, doing home projects, aging and particularly from athletics that require throwing... like pitchers.
